Our Return & Refund Policy

Because each piece in our shop is a one-of-a-kind, divinely channeled creation made with specific intention, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges. We believe this piece chose you as much as you chose it!

However, in accordance with EU regulations, customers located within the European Union are eligible for a 14-day refund period from the date of delivery. If you are an EU-based customer and wish to initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Please note the following conditions for EU returns:

• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Item Condition: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. If the item is returned with any signs of damage from its journey, a portion of the refund may be withheld to cover the loss of value.
